Dodge Theater (1 mile)
The Dodge Theatre is a state-of-the-art entertainment venue designed specifically for concerts, Broadway shows, family stage shows, boxing, and convention meetings. Marrying the classic, fully rigged Broadway stage house with the pulsating excitement of modern arena technologies, state-of-the-art music sound systems and premier patron comforts ushers in a new era in performance venue evolution.
Phoenix Symphony (1 mile)
Founded in 1947, The Phoenix Symphony proudly serves the citizens of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, central Arizona, and the southwestern United States. The 75-member Phoenix Symphony presents an annual season from September through May, featuring classical and pops concerts. Each season, the Symphony performs for more than 70,000 students and children (representing over 275 different schools), helping to introduce music to new generations through a variety of education, community, and youth-engagement programs.
Arizona State Capitol (2 miles)
Dedicated as our capitol in 1901, the copper-domed building has witnessed many landmarks in Arizona history. The historic Capitol building, now the Arizona Capitol Museum , continues to watch our state's political story unfold with its central position between the governor's office and the state legislature. It remains the primary symbol of democracy in Arizona.
Arizona Theatre Company
Arizona Theatre Company is the state's leading professional theatre, performing six productions at the Temple of Music and Art in Tucson and at the Herberger Theater Center in Phoenix from September to May each season. (ATC is the only LORT regional theatre in the country to operate in two cities.) Last year nearly 150,000 people experienced a rich variety of theatre at ATC.
Heritage Square (1 mile)
Historic Heritage Square is a striking remnant of Phoenix’s Victorian past. The Rosson House is the cornerstone of a city block dating from the late 1800s. Museums, shops and restaurants now inhabit the block, which encompasses the only remaining group of residential structures from the original townsite of Phoenix. Historic Heritage Square is a part of Heritage & Science Park that includes the Arizona Science Center, Phoenix Museum of History, restaurants and a parking garage.

Opened in 1959, Phoenix Art Museum is one of the largest art museums in the Southwest and encompasses about 160,000 square feet. Japanese Friendship Gardens (1 block)
The world of the Japanese garden has always been one of reflection and contemplation. The Japanese Friendship Garden provides a peaceful oasis to residents and tourists alike offering respite in their busy, fast-paced lives. Strolling through the Garden, visitors will view traditional elements of the Japanese art form. These elements symbolize many aspects of the Japanese culture and philosophy. The irregularly shaped pond means "heart" and "friendship." Within the pond will be many colorful Japanese fish called Koi and a "tortoise and crane" island which symbolizes "longevity."
Irish Cultural Center (1 block)
The Irish Cultural Center provides a link between the people of Arizona and the people of Ireland and other Celtic cultures. Programs, classes, festivals, exhibits and special events include history, music, art, dance, literature, drama, crafts, language, travel, sports and traditional activities.
Chinese Cultural Center (6 miles)
The COFCO Chinese Cultural Center is a uniquely upscale cultural, culinary and shopping attraction conveniently located adjacent to the Sky Harbor Airport. It is an elegantly integrated facility featuring exquisite fine Asian dining and shopping.

The Phoenix Zoo is one of America's most successful, privately-owned, nonprofit zoological parks. It began as the vision of one person, Robert E. Maytag, who worked tirelessly to rally community support on behalf of the zoo, which opened in 1962.
Though still comparatively young, The Phoenix Zoo has already gained an international reputation for its efforts on behalf of wildlife. The zoo participates in numerous local and international efforts on behalf of endangered species, including the Mexican wolf, thick-billed parrot, black-footed ferret, Bornean orangutan, Sumatran tiger, Asian elephant, and many more.

South Mountain Park and Preserve (8 miles)
At over 16,000 acres, South Mountain Park/Preserve often is referred to as the largest municipal park in the country. It boasts 58 miles of trails for horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking for all skill levels.
